You haven't experienced true disappointment until this happens to you. Luckily this beer should ease the pain and get you back on the circuit in no time.

This 6.5% Juicy IPA Tiny Batch Series release is a coordinated punch of tropical and citrus, dangerously drinkable for its abv. Mosaic and Citra hops take centre stage, with several versions of each (original and lupomax) being added throughout the brew. 25 IBU

473 mL can from the brewery; no canning date and served barely chilled.

Pours cloudy and translucent, its pale golden-hued body topped with two fingers of prodigiously puffy, foamy white head that lasts for more than five minutes. Great lace deposition, with a frothy cap and collar lasting indefinitely. The aroma is fruity and appealing, but a little muddled - passion fruit and orange are discernible, with suggestions of flowers, kiwi and cantaloupe.

Not bad - very mellow as IPAs go, with low bitterness and no sign of that 6.5%. Flavours of mandarin orange, passion fruit and papaya, with hints of watermelon, lychee and floral hops bringing up the rear. Orange and tropical fruits persist through the finish and into the aftertaste, dissipating after a moment or two. Medium-full in body, with low carbonation that softly prickles the tongue, contributing to this brew's smooth, fluffy texture. Extremely quaffable.

Final Grade: 3.9, a B+. Despite being a low point in my life, getting Kicked Out Of Another Tickle Party was worth the experience. The hop flavours and aromas may be somewhat lacking in terms of 'oomph', but they're enjoyable nonetheless. There's room for improvement, but it's an above average IPA from the Fools that I'd encourage others to try.
