At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 473mL in a pint glass. From their Winter Beer League 6-pack at my favourite but now closed The Beer Store on Goyeau St. in nearby downtown Windsor. Canned September 6/24. My 24th beer from the Sarnia brewery; 14th from the brewery for 2026. With Sundae the cat's tacit permission, of course...

473 mL can included in Refined Fool's Winter Beer League mixed pack; dated Nov 4 2024 and served slightly chilled.
Pours turbid and hazy, its pale yellow-hued body capped off with more than an inch of lumpy, foamy white head. A generous collar and thin cap remain, with a full ring of lace stuck to the glass. Fruity aromas of lemon, lime and grapefruit, with suggestions of tropical fruit & stone fruit.
It's alright - I'm tasting peach, orange and passion fruit, with shades of mango cropping up later on. Wheaty malts add some background sweetness, with hints of citrus and stone fruit continuing into the finish; very low bitterness, and not much of an aftertaste to speak of. Medium-light in body, with above average carbonation that lends some bite to this juicy IPA's otherwise smooth, fluffy mouthfeel. Easy to drink, but overall it's forgettable.
Final Grade: 3.56, a B grade. This new, juicy IPA version of Incredible Athletes didn't do much for me. Refined Fool puts out so many IPAs, I'm not really sure why they saw fit to re-use this (admittedly funny) name/concept on such a plain Jane pale ale. Don't get me wrong - it's not *bad*, it's just not all that good. I wouldn't buy this again, but as sampler pack filler, I guess it's OK.
