Clear, golden body; very lively carbonation; thin yet lasting white head. Bready, cracker-like aroma; very faint esters; a little barnyard note. Slightly lemony taste; a bit of phenols in the background. Medium-light body; fizzy; rather dry with a dull tanginess.
This is a one-off beer, probably released around 2016. It was brewed to benefit the Denver Philharmonic Orchestra. The beer itself hasn't done well with aging. It's drinkable but not very memorable, a bit dull and flat. I probably should have cracked this one open a few years back, but this one stayed hidden in the back of my beer stocks, so it kind of got lost in the shuffle.
