This was a lemon-lime saison according to the description, but the citrus flavor totally outdid the saison. If they dial that back and balance the beer a little more, this could be very good. Hopefully they keep working on it and give it another try.

Pours a beautiful golden color, mostly clear with just a touch of haze. Soft white head that really lingers and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is wonderful and really delivers on the lemon lime notes, I also pick up on some of the slight peppery character thats typical of the style. Taste was just dominated by the lemon lime for me, and I was hoping for more of the saison/farmhousey flavor. Mouthfeel is great and true to style with good carbonation, but again the lime lingers a bit long for me. All in all still a great beer for a hot day tho!
