Rye beer of a pale and opaque ocher color. It makes a nice foam.
Smell in the head is grassy and with grains, specially oatmeal. Another aromas reminds me of a breakfast, a bit milky and with some banana.
In the taste the fruit flavours are the highlights, specially banana and papaya.
Smell and taste are malty too.
This is my first rye beer and I should it reminds me of wheat beers
Malty and milky texture, great body and carbonation.
