Dark brown with retaining white foam.
Soft roasted malt.
Bit of a bite from the syrupy sweetness, not a knock though. Lactose keeps the bitter from the coffee and compliments the grain bill. Not intense or intrusive but very approachable.
Porter more so than a stout, IMO.
