A: The beer is a little hazy pale yellow in color—somewhat resembling apple juice. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving some lacing on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of cucumbers and tequila are present in the nose; the tequila becomes a little stronger as the beer warms up.
T: The taste starts off with flavors of cucumbers and transitions over to notes of tequila and woody barrels. No alcohol is perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is an interesting and unique beer. I'm not sure if I would have enjoyed the base beer (Disco Pig #5) but the tequila barrel aging definitely makes things a little more interesting. It is quite drinkable for a barrel aged beer.

Pour a hazy honey gold with a brief fizzy head that evaporates almost instantly. Strong Tequila in the nose that morphs into an interesting light cucumber that floats on the palate even as the tequila continues to penetrate the nostrils. Mouth-feel is a bit on the thin side. Very enjoyable and refreshing.
