Blend 1, thanks I think to Andy.
Light fizzy head fades quickly, hazy dark murky reddish orange brown color.
Nose is loaded with toasty vanilla oak, light sour dark malt, dank sour funk mild grainy malt thing, doughy like, faint grassy lemon.
Taste sour malts, like lacto in the barrel, lots of vanilla toasty barrel, lacto sticky creamy note, little fruity note but mostly sour malt and lacto funk. Finish is sour little acidic, sour lacto, malt lingering. Not much going on other than lacto and barrel. Weird cracker thing like Graham cracker?
Mouth is med to lighter bod, light but decent carb.
Overall meh, lots of oak, lacto. Etc.

Thanks to Andy for sharing, batch 1.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a muddy murky orange brown with not much of a head, mostly just wisps with a thin halo. Err...
S - Aromas of light funk, really phenolic, faint barrel, light malts, light tart lacto funk, Interesting.
T - Taste is graham crackers galore, lemongrass, light funk, good soft barrel notes, gentle saison, the graham cracker notes are pleasant and unique, really not what I expected.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly crisp, a bit muddled.
O - Overall this beer was very confusing, tart, graham crackers....eh
