Our Coolship Saison is brewed using barley, spelt, wheat malts along with oats & hops. It is spiced in the coolship using grains of paradise, coriander & black peppercorns.
Meant to be refreshing & thirst quenching after a hard days work, our saison combines a touch of acidity with lots of citrus character. It finishes dry with a soft hoppy bitterness.
