This one pours a syrupy and murky looking dark brown color, with no head real or lacing.
This smells like caramel, toffee, almond liqueur, prunes, pear juice, oak, port, and cognac.
This is pretty crazy stuff. I was definitely worried that it would be much too sweet, but luckily that doesn't seem to be a problem here, despite the style and the cuvee with quince juice and ice cider. It's quite fruity, as expected, with prune, dark grape type flavor (approaching port status), some oak, cognac, dried fruit, caramel, and boozy brown sugar. It doesn't drink as strong as it should, for sure.
This is medium bodied, and pretty syrupy, with basically no carbonation - it drinks more like a mead or a port, or Utopias.
Since it's OEC, this is of course very weird, and very unique. It's a mostly successful experiment, and it was a treat to try.

Was lucky enough to try this at Ordinem Ecentrici Coctores (OEC) on cask. A deep dark brown amber color with apples and dark figs on the nose. Very sweet with a full bodied mouthfeel. The 14% alcohol is well hidden.
