Pours a light, clear pale yellow with a lasting one finger head. Aroma is sharp, tart and full of sour lemon and grass. If I were imagine what sunlight smelled like, it would be this. Taste is quite tart; oak is definitely present. Mouthfeel is light. This is an acquired taste. It is not my cup of brew but it is very much within the Saison camp.

This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small foamy head, and a bit of lacing.
This smells like lemon candy, grassy funk, lemongrass, sourdough maltiness, and some wheat.
This is a tasty little saison – very refreshing, with a much lighter acidity than OEC is generally known for. It’s crisp, wheaty, and clean, with a lightly lemony and grassy funk, a quenching tartness on the back end, and a nice bready characteristic that feels kind of like sourdough.
This is light bodied, and really drinkable.
This would be an excellent summer crusher if I wasn’t in the middle of a Western NY winter.

No can date
Pours a foamy fizzy 1 finger head with moderate retention, a bit of lacing, slight hazy pale light golden color
Nose brings nice Farmhouse yeast additions, floral spice phenols, a bit grassy and bit of Barnyard funk, fruity esters with lemon zest, generic citrus, lemongrass, a little generic tree fruit jello, a little bready doughy cracker like and gristy wheat, a touch of sweet candy
Taste brings more of the lemon sorbet and lemon zest, citrus, a little stone fruit candied apricot like, bready doughy wheat and gristy malt, a bit of sweetness, more lemongrass and floral herbs almost sage-like and lemon balm, peppery phenols, some bitterness with more lemon zest, a faint touch of Farmhouse funk and tart tangy acidity, mild flemmy on the finish
Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod, med to a bit lighter carb as well, some acidic tart flemmy
Overall not bad, a nice mild saison in general almost like a blended "gueuze-like" style of saison, nice yeast additions as well
