Look: Hazy deep gold colored body beneath an average-sized head of bright white foam. Very good head retention but limited lacing.
Smell: Lemon-lime, citrus pith, and something a little more raspy, kind of like evergreen.
Taste: Citrusy with lemon-lime and far-off tangerine. Soft Pilsner malt base. It has a less than smooth but not quite raspy spiciness, and a moderate bitterness. It finishes with the fruit already faded but the soft spiciness lingering shortly.
Feel: Medium bodied and crisp with a standard level of carbonation.
Overall: The Yuzu fruit gives it an interesting note, and it's quite charming.
