750 mL bottle. Deep hazy orange. Big white head. Smells very acidic. Some vinegar and some chemical aromas. Honey behind it. Taste has quite a bit of vinegar sourness, almost to the point of acetone. Dry honey and some oak. Medium body, very dry. Kinda boozy and unnecessarily big. Not enjoying this.

650ml cap and corked bottle. Served in a stemmed glass.
Pours a medium yellow body, slightly hazy with a thick one finger white head, short retention, bits of lacing. Smells of tart kiwis, bit of lactic acid, cereal, slight honeyed sweetness, but mostly a nice tart fruitiness, nothing like what I was expecting based on the description on the bottle. Wonderful nose that reminds me of a fruited saison from some of the more hyped up breweries out there. Flavour is mild-moderate lactic tartness, light honey sweetness, cereal grain, floral notes, touch of leather and mild funk. Certainly has a nice complexity to it, though it has less of the tart fruitiness that came across so well on the nose. Mouthfeel is medium-lighter bodied, good carbonation, refreshingly dry. A very nice west coast saison, especially with the nose on this one.
