On draft at Brew Bank Topeka. Poured out a slightly cloudy, golden yellow color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left minimal lacing. It smelled of raspberry, wheat, toffee and some bubblegum. Sweet raspberry with some tartness. Nice raspberry taste.

Infinite Ale Works "Whitfinite Raspberrry"
on tap @ World of Beer, Lady Lake, FL on 12/26/2016
$6/"pint"
Ahhh! A pleasant surprise. I was expecting just another raspberry wheat ale but this is actually more witbier than raspberry in my opinion. It looks like a witbier with added rose coloring in its cloudy body, while the head remains a bright white. Little fruit appears in the aroma, at least not clear raspberry, and it's mainly yeasty and subtly tart. The flavor follows along that route, and it's wheaty and spicy (coriander) before the light raspberry comes in. Very little bitterness is present, nor is it needed, as the tart note and spice leave it dry in the finish. Very nicely done! The raspberry lends additional character to what I can only imagine is a fine beer on its own. Interesting, refreshing, and very drinkable through multiple servings if you desire to do so.
