Billed as a Wild Quad this collaboration with Struise is a solid Quad but as advertised, has an immediate wild quality.
A - Weak pleasant mix of yeast and old raisins.
L - Fabulous. Rich dark brown color with a great head with a lot of hang time.
T - Thick malty molasses front end that tapers quickly into a very nice backend tamed by its wild side.
MF - The alcohol is well hidden. Palette is left fully sensitized. No foul aftertaste at all.
O - Very nice. I hoped it's brewed again.
