Because we can't go heavy and high gravity all the time doesn't mean that we want to back away from flavor. And if for those moments that Infinite Ale Works has a juicy, radiant and pineapple accented session ale.

Light and golden chrome upon its pour, Tropical Pineapple IPA releases a foamy white cap along with a perfumy scent of tropical fruit, floral honey and light peppery herb. A gentle malt sweetness soon splashes the tongue with suggestions of honey, graham cracker and wafer in an early but light malt impact.

Turning quickly tropical, citrusy and orchard-like in its hoppy flavors, the middle palate blossoms with obvious dried pineapple but also tangerine, mango, apricot, grapefruit, peach and passionfruit as the complementary hops add their own natural fruitiness. As the session transitions toward a more bitter IPA, the flavors of grassy herbs, spruce and peppery resins have the session finishing brisk, snappy and refreshing.

Light, crisp and refreshing throughout, the ale retains a fuller sense of flavor and body despite its lower alcohol content as i finishes semi-dry with a medium-long linger of peppery resins on the aftertaste.
