21 ounce Hydro flask into a tulip.

Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a small, quickly dissipating head, little lacing. Smell is dank hops, Belgian yeast, white grapes, a little citrus and black pepper, a little funk when cold. Wish I knew what the hops are in this, Mosaic might be one Taste follows the nose on the hops, little more of the yeast. Also getting some light malt, maybe a hint of lemon. Nicely balanced, a good mix of Belgian vs. hops. More bitterness up front than on the back end. Smooth, crisp, refreshing.

Really solid effort here, a definite buy if it was bottled.

Sold as a hoppy saison rather than a Belgian IPA when I visited and it was quite enjoyable.

Not real hoppy but as a saision with a hoppy spin it was exactly what I was expecting.
Fresh and easy drinking but with good flavor and balance. It's a good thing there weren't any IPAs on tap from the brewery or I would have passed this up.
