This light summer quencher brewed with Pilsner malt and a good amount of corn for that classic American Lager taste that's perfect for the summer heat. It's the champagne of blue ribbon beers, from the land of sky blue waters, that made Brookfield famous.

16oz undated can poured into a pilsner glass shows a cloudy, pale yellow body with bubbles rising to a quickly disipating head leaving the glass clean.
Aroma is corn influenced and flowery and the flavor matches. Subtle flowery hops almost match the sweet malt, but the finish is clean and falls just short of a sweet, malty lager.
I was expecting a sharper carbonation bite, but the soft feel is nice.
Overall an all day drinker, for sure, in the warmth of summer.
