The colour is gold-amber; the 1½ head is warm white.
The light and fresh smell got notes of fruits, butter and a quite American hoppy bitterness.
The refreshing taste got mild yeasty flavours, some wood and interesting notes of canned exotic fruits and puff pastry. The aftertaste is fresh with a nice hoppy flavour with some lime/lemon and white bread.
The carbonation is fresh and medium strong; the liquid is a bit light.
A very refreshing spring beer with an American touch. But is it really 7,3%? I have asked the brewery.
