Had Savant in June 2017 on Gotland, Sweden, poured from 330-ml. bottle, label stamped best before "05 DEC 2017," into small hand-blown tulip glass.
Pours a hazy, light lemon-gold, with a bubbly near-white 1-finger head, which bubbles away to a thin film, leaving little lace. The aroma is mildly spicy Belgian yeast. To that on drinking is added a little hop bite, for what is finally a rather conservative but well-crafted and balanced Saison.

Pours an unclear yellow, with thick, frothy head.
Smell is yeasty, with hints of apple, banana and a bit of earth.
Taste is earthy and estry. Plenty of yeast and some banana are finished by some mild bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium and sparkly.
Overall, a good saison, with a bit too much earthiness for my taste.

This Farmhouse Ale is another beer from a Brewery located in Stockholm that I got from my brother in law and his beatiful wife.
I've promised to try them all and send him a review. It's a har job but someone got to do it! :)
The beer pours hazy, dark yellow, almoust orange with a three finger high, white head that dissapears fast.
Nose: Yeast, grass, fruit, lemon, caramel and hay.
Taste: Fresh taste of orange, lemon, herbal spices, perfume, grapefruit and grassy hops.
Body: Medium body with crisp carbonation. Light bitterness.
Refreshing!
