At the brewery, the one I was served was a Zwickel, unfiltered. No head or lacing really. Nose has some slightly musty fruitiness (apple and pear) and a little nondescript breadiness, but not enough, and that's about it. The body is very soft. I miss the grassy hops, the mineral notes, and the fresh baked bread....and the crisp feel.
