At the brewery, on a hot August day, into a shaker (which is kind of disappointing). Pours a very pale straw yellow, a little hazy, and a 1 finger foamy white head, not much retention. Nose promises a little clove but is also a tad sour. Taste and mouthful leave a bit to be desired: a bit on the thin and watery side, no sweetness but nothing to push it in any other direction except for a little clovey spice, either. It’s wet and kind of refreshing, i guess...but not a hefe that I’d go looking for.
