A: black with little carbonation. Minimal tan head.
S: Roasty Coffee & blueberry dominate. Little chocolate.
T: coffee still dominates. Chocolate malts, blueberry cereal, vanilla. Trace cinnamon. Minimal bourbon burn. Not unpleasant.
M: Fairly viscous. Not thick though. Appropriate to style.
Overall: fairly drinkable for an adjuncted imperial stout. Thankfully coffee still tastes fairly fresh. If it was old it might ruin it.

Appearance - The beer poured black with some related hues and little visible carbonation.
Smell - Coffee was at the front of the nose, but blueberry was also very present.
Taste - My first impression was fresh ground coffee. As the taste continued, I detected the malts of a bluberry cereal. The heat of the bourbon only reveals itself with a little burn in back.
Mouthfeel - The viscosity reall allowed the coffee syrup to linger.
Overall / I would definitely take this over Vanilla Wheelhouse.

Great idea. Just a miss by Four fathers on this Wheelhouse varient. The maple and blueberry taste fake; coupled with overly vegital coffee makes this hard to enjoy.
