A - Hazy straw, little activity, small half inch head that doesn’t stick around but laces well
S - Grass and bubblegum
T - big beautiful yeasty flavors of candy sugar, cotton candy and bubble gum. Retro funk and fresh grass
M - slightly slick, but a pleasant sweetness
O - a really nice, classic saison.

From the brewer, "this Belgian style farmhouse ale is crisp and fruity with a hint of pepper. Late hopped with Hallertauer Blanc and dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria. Sophisticated and delicious."
Light gold color and nearly clear. Lasting head. Extensive streaks for lace.
Spicy aroma without any of the common-to the-style tartness. A mild form of the style smell wise.
The flavor starts as a basic pale ale but the black pepper bitterness kicks in with a vengeance during the swallow, leaving a long dry, bitter aftertaste. The finish is biting but again no sour overtones. Thinner body with an expected elevated carbonation level.
