Ocean Park Pils is our subtly-hopped, house pilsner. Super refreshing and crisp, OPP is that “go-to” beer for all occasions.

Pours an effervescent gold with one finger of fast falling ivory colored head. Traces of head retention & lacing
S: Cereal, soapy hops, & grassyness
T: Follows the nose, a little bit of lemon as well, bready sweetness up front. More sweetness. traces of lime & dryness as this beer warms up. Finishes sweet, dry & grassy with a kiss of lime
MF: Medium body, fairly soft carbonation, skews sweet balance-wise
Too sweet, needs more hop bite. I could drink it if in the heat, otherwise pass

Side pulled pour. Nice head created by the side pull. Surprised how quickly they had dissipated though. White head was present and quickly faded to just caressing the sides of the glass. Nice, fresh zesty nose. Flavor was very typical of a Pilsner. Very dry finish.

This was a unique pilsner - very citrusy in both the nose and on the tongue...
Hazy straw coloration and bright with a frothy and thick white head, it dissipates quite quickly leaving only a small bit of lacing. The smell had that citrusy touch to it, maybe oranges, maybe grapefruit, maybe both - but it all translated to the taste as well - very appealing in the end. Mouthfeel was more carbonated that I prefer, highly so. All in all, it's a solid pilsner and one that is a good instance of the style.

Pours a bright gold with ample head that dissipates over the course of several minutes.
Grassy, floral hop notes with a decent cracker character peaking through. A touch of honey as well.
Taste follows. The hops come across more towards the floral side and the honey on the nose is more prominent. Leads to a brief sweet finish.
Body is lighter and effervescent.
I enjoyed this. The honey note threw me off a little.
