750 mL bottle. The layer of sediment at the bottom of the bottle is nearly a half inch thick. There are pieces of coconut in the neck of the bottle. There are pieces of coconut floating on the surface. Black, no head, slick looking surface, like there's coconut oil floating there. Smells of coconut, chocolate, deep mushroomy coffee. Tastes of that mushroom earthy coffee up front, gives way to coconut and a more pleasant coffee flavor. It's quite tasty right in the middle. Sweet coconut, banana, chocolate. Then that coffee comes back. Earth and mushrooms in the back end. Heavy, sweet, boozy. Sometimes I'm game for a heavy umami coffee, but not in a pastry stout. If it's gonna be sweet, I don't want that mushroom coffee flavor.
