Tap hit at the brewery in Dania Beach, FL.
Hazy yellowy hoppy dank thick boozy NEDIPA.
It’s good, but so many are making this recipe that, while getting it straight from the breast, is nothing different or distinct. Next!

A: Pours a lightly hazy pale golden apricot in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright yellow + pale golden yellow + peach colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense creamy sudsy foamy bright white head that reduces to a large patch of medium thick film covering approximately 80% of the surface of the beer surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled thin film and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of citrus/grapefruit + tropical/passionfruit + gooseberry + citrus/grapefruit zest hops over the top of just shy of moderate aromas of biscuit + caramel malts with moderate amounts of caramel + sugar sweetness.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of biscuit + caramel malts with moderate amounts of caramel + sugar sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of citrus/grapefruit + tropical/passionfruit + gooseberry + citrus/grapefruit zest hops which impart a light to moderate amount of lingering bitterness. Light hints of booziness in the finish.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly soft mid-body with a light amount of alcohol warming in the finish.
O: Not the easiest drinking beer with the alcohol warming and slight booziness in the finish (alcohol is not that well hidden). Enjoyable hop profile and enough bitterness.
