Imperial stout aged in 12 year Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels and treated with copious amounts of hazelnut, Madagascar, Mexican and Papa New Guinea vanilla beans, then finished with freshly roasted Vietnamese coffee beans from Mostra Coffee.

The combination of vanilla beans, hazelnut, coffee and the bourbon barrel blend to create intense coconut aromas. If I didn’t know better, I would swear there was a lot of coconut in this. It’s super balanced, all flavors are present, and the roasted malt backbone creates a perfect baker’s chocolate finish.
