Hazy, lemon yellow brew; modest head production and good retention. Very nice lacing. Nearly opaque, only allowing silhouettes and shadows, despite the very light color and low SRM (around 2).
Very herbal and grassy nose, mild-to-moderate dankness, with very little sweetness.
Similar on the palate, herbal and even slightly sour. Pine, citrus, grass, pale grains.
This is an odd one. It's not exactly bad, but I'd be surprised if this is honestly what the brewer had in mind. There's an unavoidable sourness, but it's not marketed as a fruited or sour IPA.
