16oz can. Stamped canned on date is '09/09/2020', which is about three months ago. This brewer is newly available in Minnesota, with limited selection so far.
Hazy, straw/gold colored body. Skinny finger of white head upon pouring, which retracts back to a soapy cap. Some tendrils of lacing left behind with each sip.
Aroma of tropical and citrus fruits, from the hops. Mango and tangerine.
Taste is definitely sweet, as this is an imperial , double dry hopped beer. Orange, pineapple, and mango. Has a limited aftertaste. No bitterness but has a slight hop burn.
Soft, slightly thick mouth feel. Very good carbonation.
I knew of the canning date when I bought this, and I chose this beer because the other selection from 3 Sons had an earlier canning date, also an IPA. Cannot determine if this beer would be different if more fresh, but it fits in the pantheon of today's softer, fruity IPAs, and with the higher ABV% as well. Easy enough to imbibe, and seems to be well made.

Very hazy, if not quite pulpy. Good head production; OK retention and lacing.

Citrus and herbal nose. Pepper, orange, grapefruit, lime peel, along with lesser notes of mango and papaya.

Blend of tropical and citrus tones on the palate. Sweetly hoppy. Mango, papaya, pineapple, a touch of coconut, mandarin orange, ruby red grapefruit, lemon; honey and pale dough.

Smooth and creamy on the palate; low bitterness.
