Since I just enjoyed Bacon and Eggs, I thought I would keep with the theme. I have consumed their Octoberfest beer; it was tasty. Served in a pint glass, around 38 degrees. A frothy and foamy light tan two-fingered head with poor retention was created. The quick dissipation left no lacing on the glass. The dark brown liquid has mahogany hues, chart around SRM 25. When I poured the beer, bits of something left the can. I am not sure if it is yeast or something else.
Maple, smoky meats, and caramel are the first aromas. Nosing the beer further, I detect coffee, medium roasted malts, and bread. The maple syrup is the strongest aroma, making it difficult to differentiate what else is in the beer.
The flavors in the beer are campfire, maple syrup, molasses, kinda bacon, coffee, caramel, roasty malts, floral, earthiness, and bread.
The mouthfeel is dry and slight astringent. The body is medium-light, carbonation is medium and interesting finish.
I am confused by this beer; the best way to describe this beer: is a generic diner just heaped on smoky meats and pancakes on a plate with an exuberant amount of maple and a small side of coffee. I feel the beer is a bit of a jumbled mess with not much harmony. I think the floaty bits were yeast.

Pours a dark mahogany brown hue; initially thick head, drops down to a thin yet solid covering, beige in tone; creamy sheets of foam curtain the inside of the glass. Strong, wonderful aroma; coffee with a lighter maple syrup element; sweet. The taste mimics the smell; nicely balance between the sweet maple syrup and caffeine; slightly smokey in character (but not bacon, really); milk chocolate; mild note of alcohol. Heavy body; smooth and silky across the palate; fine residual sugar feel; sweet and balanced mouthfeel.
I had trepidation about this beer. I assumed it would be too sickly sweet and heavy. It is sweet and heavy, but not in any cloying manner. It is very malt forward and presents a nice bit of maple syrup and coffee notes in a balanced manner.
Poured at 49.1 ℉; CANNED ON 08/04/2021

A: The beer is very dark brown in color. It poured with a quarter finger high tan colored head that quickly settled down, leaving a narrow collar of off white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of maple are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell but is more balanced out with notes of bacon and hints of coffee.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I wish the the smell of this taste had more flavors of bacon and coffee but the taste is more balanced.
