This imperial stout is a collaboration with our friends from Forager Brewery and was brewed over 22 months ago and has been aging in Old Forester Birthday Bourbon barrels ever since. The beer was then racked into our treatment tank and aged on sweet toasted coconut, raw coconut, Ugandan vanilla beans, Colombian cacao, extra dark maple syrup and Mostra Philippines Sitio Naguey coffee beans. It's a cornucopia of decadence!
