This Imperial Stout was aged in 10-year-old Knob Creek for almost 25 months before being conditioned on sweet toasted coconut, wild Thai banana nibs, Comoros vanilla beans, and graham crackers!!

Sweet milk chocolate, prominent coconut, a hint of cinnamon teddy grahams, and a vanilla-bourbon barrel nose on this one! Taste follows with a thicc and viscous, chocolate covered coconut upfront...and then a vanilla and subtle bourbon barrel finish. Yum! As it warms, a little more graham cracker and a little more barrel starts to come out. This is a delicious pastryboi!
