A: crystal clear; very deep bronze; 1 finger finely pored off white head that receded to a skim cap; very nice lacing;

S: citrusy candy sweetness; tea;

T: flavor is dull; tea, coconut, herbal, baking spices, and a little alcohol; slightly tannic; mild to moderate bitterness at the end;

M: medium to full bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;

O: an interesting take on the style; not at all the flavor profile I expected from this hop combination;

Pour is a dark amber with generous head that dissipates slowly. Nose is very malty with a hint of fruit at the end. Mouthfeel is moderate. Taste is malt but balanced by hops so it's not too sweet. Just a little baking spice at the end.
