Imperial Stout aged in Barbados Rum and Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels for 22 months before being treated with raw and toasted coconut, caramel, graham crackers and cacao nibs.

Sweet milk chocolate, Werther's Original Caramel, a hint of rum, fleshy coconut, and a balanced bourbon barrel nose on this one! Taste follows with a prominent and sweet, chocolate covered caramel and coconut finish. As it warms, graham cracker notes that were hidden while cold, come out more to play. This is really good but needed more barrel to balance out the pronounced sweetness.
