Pours misty ruddy brown with a disappointingly thin head. Aroma - sweet (vanilla) and slight cinnamon/clove spice. Flavour sweet and spice a little thin.

500 ml bottle served cold into a weizen glass. purchased from the brewery as part of a taster's pack for about $3.50 CDN.
Appearance - Pours a fine hazy mahogany colored more on the honey brown side of things than reddish hues. Some carbonation and strangely enough, virtually no head initially and that receded away to nothing in seconds flat.
Smell - Wheat, banana and caramel, with just a hint of clove. Not the biggest nose out there, but good enough for the style.
Taste - Mild sweetness with some traces of banana and caramel. Wheat is readily apparent although a little thinner in flavor than I would've hoped.
Mouthfeel - Light, well carbonated, light body and just not quite enough substance.
Overall - A decent, but thin dunkelweizen that's bordering on being too sweet. For those who like this type of thing, give it a shot, otherwise, better dunkeweizens are available even in Ontario that are better. While disappointed, after enjoying their glorious Kellerbier, I had rather high hopes for this one.

Pours Pepsi colour with absolutely no head whatsoever. The smell is classic wheat beer, with notes of cloves and bananas. The taste is a more vibrant version of the nose. Mouthfeel is a bit thin with not very much effervescence

Hazy coffee brown, short creamy soft head. Yeasty, slightly tart and fruity nose. Whiff of coffee and alcohol. Thin-bodied and soft. Wheat and yeast and lemon tartness. A bit of a chemical finish. Subdued overall. Passable, but not up there with the best of them.
