Enjoyed this as a taste at the Brewery and took home a growler. First off, the name is terrible, even if it is descriptive. “Pink Tasty Beer” is not a good name for a saison. That being said, it has a lovely balance of funky and sharp with smooth and sweet. The color and some aroma is from hibiscus and there is a touch of honey. Otherwise, this is a well-made, fairly dry rustic beer than isn’t even that pink!
