An all too familiar phrase we're heard for the last 11 years, You Know What You Should Do is a Hazy Double IPA brewed with Nelson Sauvin and Citra cyro hops.

Look: gold, cloudy, thick fluffy white head, decent lacing
Smell: pine resin, melon, spicy, fruity
Taste: pine resin, berries, grapefruit, peach, melon, spice, white grape
Feel: med body, moderate carbo, slight watery
Overall: 8.9% abv. 32 oz Crowler gifted to me. Not a big fan of Nelson hops so sat on this for quite some time, but the time has come to take her down. Canned in July so 6 months old. Very nice flavors from the Citra Cryo hops of pine resin, grapefruit, melon, peach and spice. Nelson delivered the berries and only a little white grape. The Nelson seemed subdued which was A-OK for me. This is a pleasant brew that I would drink again. Pairs well with All You Need Is Love by The Beatles. Cheers!
