New Smyrna Beach Brewing Company

Cool little brewery on the main street of town. Surf inspired (see logo) with nice staff. We got there at opening so I can't speak to what it's like with crowds but it's not tiny. My flight of IPAs was very good with the Imperial being my "least favorite" since their lighter ones were more uniquely flavorful. My wife had a nice sour and their tap list ran the gamut; something for everyone. Only food was a pretzel, but the beer exceeded my expectations. Well worth the visit.

This brewery had 15 beers and 1 cider on tap in March 2025. Four of these are Imperial IPAs. The remainder covered a good range of styles including a barleywine, a Wee Heavy, and an Imperial Stout. Good service. Beers available in 5 oz. or regular (usually 16 ozl size pours, as well as 32 and 64oz growler fills.
Only pretzels and beer cheese available for food but you can BYOF.

This brewery is located in a downtown area as well, and reminds me of one of my own local breweries that I frequent too. It was very much, eerily familiar, which is why I kinda liked it right out the get go.

The vibe was good here, as was the quality of their brews - no complaints there. Service was not as attentive as I would have liked to experience, but we were taken care of when we needed to be. Selection was not only good when it came to quantity of what they offered, but it was a good cross-section of what they had to offer as well. Definitely one of the breweries I'd like to visit someday, once again.

Beers ranged from average to good. Loved the surfer / beach vibe in here and the shark shaped flight holders were a nice touch. Service was efficient, and we had a great view of the streetscape sitting by the window. Our overall experience was pleasant, and we would likely come back.

 

 

Great local brewery. Usually very active. Service is always timely. Growlers are generously priced. Philomena is my server, She is friendly, warm, knowledgeable and Outstanding. Oh, and cute! This place is very welcoming.

 

Visit the NSB area several times a year. Stop at the brewery each time. It's always a relaxed place to spend the afternoon chilling. Great service and staff. Seems busy all the time. We stop in to every small local place we run across. NSB is one of those places you have to try.
