Farmhouse ale with interesting blend of coffee, spice, and slightly sour citrus. Pours a beautiful pale Amber with nice head and lacing; thinking this might be nice with antipasto and cheese platter.

Pours an effervescent amber with 2 fingers of fast falling pearl colored head. Hazes up, good lacing & head retention, some floaties
S: Sourness, some coffee
T: Coffee, a little sourness, a little grapefruit up front. Some green appleskin, tartness, a little coffee as this warms, a little green peppercorn & green coffee beans as well. Finishes with pears, a little coffee & a little green appleskin
MF: Medium body, lively carbonation
Drinks okay, not really one I would recommend, glad I got try it though, drinks easy for the 8% ABV

Pours deep amber from the bottle. The foamy white head is substantial and lasts several minutes. The nose reminds me of a classic tripel: banana, clove and bubblegum. The coffee is evident in the taste, and it mutes the other flavors greatly. It's very creamy, with a medium mouth. This is a nice offering, and easy to drink. Not the best coffee saison I've had, but nothing to be ashamed of.
