Had on tap at Hop City KSM. Excellent beer. Slightly murky orange-copper. Very slight off-white head. Nose is bourbon, fruit, sweet sugars. Slight funkiness. Taste is an excellent balance of sour wild barnyard, a dark almost grape-y sweet fruit note, and a perfect amount of woody bourbon. Great balance. Kudos to Orpheus.
