Reviewed from notes. Poured from a 12 oz. can into an El Catador Barrel-Aged glass.
A: Hazy to turbid medium gold with a good amount of visible carbonation. Forms a two-finger white head with good retention.
S: Lactic tart with lemony citric acid. Pineapple and dried apricots. Cracker malts and a modest funk. Maybe a touch of white vinous dryness as well. A nice aroma – not overly sour or funky smelling, but strikes a nice balance.
T: Pineapple acidity and lactic tartness. Lemon citrusy sour and rind zest. Cracker malt, and again a little dried apricot. Just mildly funky with a little bit of yeastiness in the middle. More tart and pineapple at the swallow, and it finishes dry. And as I'm being picky, maybe just a bit of a watery finish as the flavors drop off abruptly.
M: A light body but not watery. Carbonation sensation a bit on the low side but not low enough to detract. Low alcohol presence.
O: Tasty and disappearing quickly from the glass. This would be good on a beach or golf course as a nice change of pace. The pineapple is obvious without being overwhelming or one-note. The stone fruit and lemon notes add a nice complexity. This is nothing that approaches a world-class sour beer, but I find myself envious of the ATL folks that have this sitting around in a sixer of accessible cans. Very drinkable.

Very light straw yellow in color and plenty hazy. There's a fingernail of eggshell white on top. Moderate lacing. The aroma is of juicy pineapple and lactic sourness. I'm tasting pineapple juice mixed with a light lactic sourness. It's initially sweet and finishes tart. The mouth is moderately carbonated, crisp, smooth, and dry.

Pours a hazy golden color with minimal head.
Light fruit notes in the smell, tart, some funk.
Fruit not really showing up in the taste initially. The tart and light funk. Pineapple does linger after the pucker fades.
Medium bodied lively carbonation.
This would be a nice refreshing summer beer at 4%.

Canned 4/16/18
Normal pour yields two fingers of white head. Hazy straw color. Spotty lacing and full ring of bubbles.
Pineapple scent with tangelo, lemon, yeast, eggs.
Sour pineapple, apple, lemon, biscuit, vanilla. Slight mineral aftertaste.
Light tartness with little bite. Light body and dry finish.
Plenty of flavor in a 4% ABV beer. Super summer beer, but doesn't really stand out from the fruit sour crowd.
