Poured from a bomber into a snifter glass. I expected some notes of "boozy" bourbon due to the barrel age but this brew was extremely boozy on the front and back end in a nice way. The notes of fig and barrel aged booze had me extremely excited. Nice acidic sour and a pungent bourbon wash down on the back side. I appreciated this sour compared to the typical sours floating around right now, but I'd definitely have to be in the mood for it. Cheers!
