Foamed up crazy when poured, must've been shaken up
Bright, light citrus smell. Orange, lemon, florals
Tastes of bread, wheat, a little lemon zest. Very different from how it smells
Harsh small-grained carbonation
Really disappointing--maybe a bad batch? Canned about 6 mo ago so maybe that's it, I never know what dates are good

12oz can from Sprayberry Bottle Shop. 9.99/ 6 pack. Canned 1/17/18. Served in an Orpheus snifter. Enjoyed 2/4/18.
Pours a hazy, pale, straw yellow with a finger and a half of white head. Wisps across the surface remain, along with a thin belt and a good deal of lacing.
Aromas of melon, berries, stone fruit and some cake. It’s fantastic and I can’t keep my nose away from the glass.
Tastes of dull melon, stone fruit, vaguely tropical and a little sweet, bready malt. There is zero alcohol presence and this goes down pretty smooth.
Light body with ample carbonation. Faintly bitter aftertaste of melon, vaguely tropical fruit and bready malt.
In my experience Orpheus has a pretty good track record using hops. The dry hopping here obviously worked well but there was a taste element that seemed to be missing. Dichotomy smells outstanding but the flavor can’t quite cash the check written by that nose.

L - Bright yellow with 2 fingers of head and tons of lacing left all over the glass. Impressive.
S - Lemons, oranges
T -Citrus and bitter hops upfront, but fade quickly
F - Light body and medium carbonation.
O - An average pale ale, Orpheus does much better brews

12 ounce can poured into a pint glass. Canned 1/18/2018
Enjoyed 1/24/2018
Bright hazy yellow pour, frothy head. Aromas of citrus and floral hops. Yeasty.
Taste is hops upfront; followed by some Belgian influence almost. Estery with a little funk, wasn't expecting that to be honest. Think it's the yeast used. Not complaining, it plays well with the hops and it almost drinks like a hoppy wit. Super drinkable, very smooth body. Medium carb.
Solid offering from Orpheus, but I would reach for their other hoppy offerings first.
