I don't understand why Orpheus is not getting more recognition for their barrel program, because this is a perfect example of how stunning it is. Aged for two years and then refermented on cherries, but the end product is still balanced, subtle, and restrained. Un-reborn Again is tart but not overly sour, juicy but also malted in its sweetness, and with obvious oak qualities but not a barrel monster. Supremely well made, without shouting its age to the rooftops.
