You will get a nice whiff of pineapple, among other things, when you crack open a pint can of this. But, it's not some sort of sweetened canned pineapple, it's pineapple with a sour bent. Although nicely carbonated, there's no head to describe. The sixteen ounces, once inside a can, reside temporarily in a clear glass liter mug. It's color is rich and sort of dark yellow-amber. Along with the pineapple and its sour aspect, there's a hint of hops and malt. They still may be in the background, but this is a sour ale. It's beyond tart, but in a very good way. The taste includes something like tannins, which contribute so much to classic sours like Petrus Aged Ale. Not that this is in that category, but this is a very good fruited sour. The pineapple is subdued and not at all sweet. Its body is good for the style. It may not bring much for the eyes, as there's no head, nor glass lacing, but its qualities shouldn't be overlooked. It's a full tasting fruited sour that stays true to the style. It relies as much on its brewing of a sour than on infusing it with some fruit. Here's a nice sample from a nice type of beer.

16 oz can, dated 8/2/2020. into Teku glass.
Has a beautiful light yellow glow, like pineapple juice, with a tall creamy head, Lots of lace as it recedes. Probably the perfect look for this beer as I'm basically seeing a pineapple cake with whipped cream on top.
Holy moly this aroma is zippy. Tons of juicy pineapple and pineapple juice, some yellow sponge cake, and tart bacteria all combine to form the nose. Just a hint of bready malt. It's light, it's fluffy, it's zippy, it's citric. I love it.
The flavor brings much less sweetness than I anticipated, but it is still very good. Pineapple and pineapple juice are here but imagine extracting the sugar. It follows with lemon cake. Finally it finishes with one of the clearest, cleanest bread malt notes I've ever encountered in a beer. Despite there not being much cake or any whipped cream in the flavor, I am still experiencing it in this beer.
Feel is light and airy, nearly non existent. Heavy carbonation that gets out of the way immediately and a nice citric acidity that hangs out behind it.
Overall, a stellar beer by a brewery that obviously knows what it's doing. This wasn't quite the sugary sweet pineapple bomb I expected it to be, but that's completely okay. It's a solidly built sour beer and very enjoyable nonetheless. It's like a dole whip meets pineapple cake...but cut in half somewhat. Solid stuff.

I'm not into sours, but this is might be the first one I like...
...'cause it really isn't that sour. There is some sourness, just not that terrible puckering-feeling you get with most. Not wildly liking this - the look is bland and the taste is muted, though it smelled great and had a very crisp mouthfeel. Overall, it's decent just not something I will be on the lookout, ever again.

Pours a golden yellow with two fingers white head.
Pineapple and a salty tart on the nose.
Ripe pineapple, acidic tartness, funk, a touch of vanilla.
Light to medium body, ample carb levels.
Overall a solid sour that I would drink again.

Poured into a goblet from Orpheus. Colour is kind of a hazy, translucent yellow, with a light white head that fades quickly. Aroma is extremely pleasant, almost like a Dole whip or pineapple soft serve. Tasting notes are similar, again strongly featuring pineapple and vanilla, with any alcohol presence masked by these flavours. All in all, it's not the most well-balanced or nuanced beer, but it is extremely tasty and very pleasant to drink.
