12 ounce can - $3.79 at Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Appearance: Purple-reddish hued body, nearly opaque with a pink head. Looks like a melted popsicle.
Smell: Heavy with raspberry on the nose backed by just a bit of citrus and vanilla-tinged cream.
Taste: Ponderously dosed with raspberries, almost awkwardly so. Sweet with a sharp shot of tartness. Hint of citrus. Forcefully acidic.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. A bit over medium carbonation.
Overall: A sour charged with an excessive amount of raspberry puree and falling far short on complexity, it has more akin to an adult smoothie and leaves me asking, once again, "where's the beer?"

Quickly dissipating head of pink-hued foam. Settling seltzery carb and a really nice bright crimson coloration.
Bright raspberry flavors, with a subtle but present acidity and tartness. Fresh raspberries on the nose.
Slight puckering, but a light seltzery body and finish. Tart but smooth.

Pours somewhere between red and purple with a finger of pinkish head. Nearly opaque except around the edges.
Nose is all tart, fresh raspberry.
Taste follows raspberry up front with a tart bite on the end, raspberry definitely lingers. Initially I could have sworn this had been aged in red wine barrels, oak was there as well but as it warmed that aspect became very faint.
Light to medium body, dry finish.
Overall a tasty fruited sour, I would love to see a barrel aged version of this one.
