Had on tap at the brewery, poured into an 11oz stemless wine glass with zero head. Muddy yellow color, with a touch of orange blossom honey stirred in. Very faint aroma of apples, honey, and sponge cake. Mouthfeel is thin and made more so by the lack of carbonation. Supposedly brewed with fresh peach and yaupon root (which I just learned is used to make tea) - it’s pretty refreshing, with a light sourness. Actually, with the yaupon root (or via power of suggestion) I’m reminded of an Arnold Palmer brewed with unsweetened tea and fresh squeezed lemon juice. Easy to slug, but won’t curl your toes.
