Pours one shade shy of black with no head, just a tight mocha band around the shoulders. Nose expresses sweet chocolate and ethanol. Taste reveals cocoa, cinnamon and nutmeg as well as notes of soy sauce. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with a slight oiliness to the texture and a mild, even carbonation. Overall, an interesting blend of flavors that come together nicely.
