Pours a beautiful but chill hazed gold producing 2+ fingers of frothy, shortlived, white head leaving a decent wash of lace on the sides of the glass as it recedes. Aroma is biscuit/cracker with Noble hop notes of grass, spice, lemon and a hint of honey. Taste is bready, biscuit, fruity with light spice and grass hints. It possesses the bitterness I've come to expect from nicer American craft examples of the style. Clean, crisp and easy to drink. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with excellent carbonation producing a pleasant prickle. Easy on the pallet it goes down smooth and dry. Undoubtedly it would make a good session beer.

Smooth and easy and so refreshing. First time trying this pilsner at a local Atlanta hotel and I love everything about this beer. Will be getting more!

Taste is typical pilsner. Malt forward with some herbal notes.

On tap, hazy for a pilsner. Crisp, dry, a bit on the hoppy side with some spice. Tasty!

Pours a nice light chilled hazed pale yellow with a big fluffy white head that does lace well.

Aroma is light bready or more like cracker malts light hops grassy herbal mixture. It is fairly clean though.

Taste is like the nose light malt base sprinkled with hops and peppiness. Mostly herbal on the palate with some lingering earthy notes. Nice crisp easy drinking brew easily crushed I guess like the can says. Might not be the best American German Pilsner but its easy enough to throw back with no real negatives.

Mouthfeel is light and crisp can feel the carbonation tingling your tongue.

Overall not great but not bad either might be a good choice on a hot Georgia day.

Appearance: Slightly hazy, pale gold. Fluffy white head with good retention.
Aroma: Floral hops.
Flavor & Aftertaste: Spicy & cracker flavor, moderately bitter. Low sweetness.
Palate: Light bodied. Dry, crisp medium length finish. Slight bitterness lingers, but not offensive.

Update to first review: Nice, drinkable pilsner. Didn't like it as much as others the first time around, mainly because of some off aromas. This last sample was much better. Very traditional characteristics. Get mostly spicy notes from the Hallertauer Mittelfruh hops. It's slightly hazy in appearance. Has excellent head retention. Much improved.
